i have been buying gold from CNI for a few years now, and have been quite happy with them.. i usually ask for a rep i have dealt with before.. one of them actually recognizes my voice! .. very cool.. on those busy days, when the market prices are really moving, i will take whoever answers the phone.. some reps have been kinda short with me.. i try to put myself in the other persons place.. it allows me to be a little forgiving, but also teaches me the value of asking for one of my “preferred reps”…. personally, if i was really offended, i would call back and talk to someone higher up the ladder, explaining my concerns.. then make my final decision, as to where i will buy in the future… i like the way they will lock in prices, whether buying or selling.. i wish the waiting time on their shipping of the product was shorter, but i do understand why they wait…i have done some comparisons, and CNI is my choice of dealers….
