Harry Johnson Went Out Of His Way To Help Me.

It certainly is refreshing, albeit a rare occurrence these days, to enjoy true professional and courteous customer support after the sale. Harry Johnson, an employee of CNI, certainly demonstrated this historically American tradition when I needed help with a personal accounting issue last month regarding a recent purchase. He was under no obligation to assist in this matter since it did not involve CNI but he gladly assisted me in obtaining the information I needed. 
I have always received first class treatment from all the CNI staff. I commend them!
