I was in the store for the first time yesterday. I have been buying from them for the better part of 10 years. I wanted to take the 100 oz bar and trade it in for 1 oz denominations. Harry being very patient with me, walked me through the math. Done deal! Easy money so to speak. What a pleasant experience. Today I am going back in to exchange dated eagles for the year in which it is my kids golden birthdays. They are so accommodative. It is so nice to have really nice people to work with.
