They do everything they can to make you happy!

I am a new customer to CNI and on my first visit I was very impressed.  I wanted to buy a Credit Suisse gold bar but they were all out.  instead of turning me away or trying to push another product on me they told me that I could buy a Perth Mint bar for the same price and then the next time I came in they would be happy to trade it out for the Credit Suisse bar.  I left very happy and will be returning as soon as i can.
